When it comes to healthy living tips, by now, I’m guessing that most people know and understand the benefits of adding more raw veggies to their diets. This is not a blog about health foods. I’m not here to debate the pros and cons of any specific diet or lifestyle.
What I DO want to say is that I look at the whole “self development” field holistically. That is, I don’t believe that self development is JUST about improving professional performance, or JUST about becoming a “better” person, or JUST about one thing or another.
I look at self development as encompassing all parts of life – I like the idea of improving life on every level I can think of. And that means professionally, socially, materially, physically, spiritually – you get the idea!
One area that I’m especially interested in is healthy foods and healthy eating. If something in cooking and eating can contribute positively to my overall health and well-being, I’m interested!
So, I got to thinking about some recipes and ideas that I could add to my “Healthy Living Tips” section here at my blog, and decided to add some of my favorites here. Then, one thing led to another, and I wound up making a video for you as well – It’s all in my article with my Recipe for Red Cabbage Salad!
